Business Coaching Services

Renee’ has two coaching passions.  The first one is partnering with small business owners and defining what their grandest vision of what success looks like, and creating action plans to achieve that vision.

 

My clients entrust me to develop and assist implementing a 3-5 year Business Strategy Plan for existing small business owners and if you are starting a business.  Developing a Business Strategy Plan provides clarity and direction for my clients.  With this in place, it creates increased profits and productivity, and greater organization, giving you more space to enjoy your vocation.

The second passion is assisting young adults in their career paths.  I feel that students are made to decide at very young ages the direction their careers are going with very limited real life experience.  They often are not made to think about who they are, and what brings them great happiness.  Without knowing their values, strengths and passion in life, they get caught in a conundrum.  I work with young adults to  create a Career Strategic Plan that involves action steps and goals that are based on who they are and what they really desire in their life.
