My Philosophy

I believe one of the best venues to reach your dreams is through owning your own business. Owning a business allows for:
- Stability
- Doing what you love to do everyday
- Flexibility
- Control
- Freedom
- More money than you could ever make working for someone else
Owning a business does not require a college education. It instead takes determination, passion, time, focus, a new learning curve, and personal development.
However, building a successful business is not easy. If it were, 90% of start-ups would not quit within five years. The most effective way to build a successful business is to take the time to develop a strong foundation.
We all have unlimited potential and we need to aspire to our own personal success. If we all recognize how unique and special we are with our own gifts and dreams it would bring peace and harmony to first ourselves, then our families and friends, and then the world. By following your heart and not your mind, it allows for so many positive opportunities to open up, giving us the space to transform our lives.
Believe in yourself! Believe you have created your own life and you are always recreating it. How are you going to recreate it now?
Aspire to who you really are! Who are you really? When have you last spent time and energy on you? Now is the time!
Reach for your dreams! What do you really desire? Align your choices with your dreams.
On a More Personal Note
I had an overly strict upbringing where a poster hung in our home saying "It's You and Me Against the World", and where fear was the tactic used by most adults in my life to get me to follow their agenda. Upon reaching adulthood, I recognized how we are taught to follow status quo, and how unnatural it is. I have come to realize that there are no rules in life, that when I followed my heart, and stopped listening to others, and I walked through the door of fear, I always found fulfillment and contentment on the other side.
Starting as a young entrepreneur, I have owned and successfully sold my own small businesses. I currently own three businesses. I have not only passed the real estate license exam, but I also own industrial property that has put my husband and I on a path of financial independence. I love volunteering in my community. I have done this by participating in community mentoring programs, strategic planning councils, school committees and writing articles for Business2Business Magazine. I am a graduate from Coach University of the Advanced Coaching Program and am ACC certified from the International Coaching Federation as well as a Certified Passion Test® Facilitator
I am also the director for Dynamic Professional Women's Network for the Mokena/Frankfort Chapter and Past President of the Will County Business Networking Association.
On a personal level, I have been happily married since 1985, and have three magnificent grown children. In my spare time, you will find me working out, reading, traveling, gardening and just enjoying my family.
